Inner Child Journey
When you think of your “inner child,” what comes up? An age, an outfit, a mood? What do they bring to your life today, and do they ever take the driver’s seat in ways that don’t serve you? Drawing on Psychosynthesis and IFS, this experiential workshop explores the inner child in a safe, light-hearted way. Through reflection, guided visualisation and ritual, you’ll meet younger parts of yourself, understand their influence, and reconnect with their gifts.
Tarot Speed Connection
What happens when two strangers draw a tarot card and speak honestly about what it stirs? What shifts when we drop performance and simply notice the images, sensations and stories that arise? Tarot Speed Connection is an experiential workshop for deeper, more human encounters. Participants rotate in pairs, drawing a new card each time and sharing what it evokes. Part embodied exploration, part ritual, part conversation — a space to slow down, tune in and connect through symbolism and authentic sharing.
