Group Presence Sitting
A shared hour of sitting in silence. There is no guided meditation, teaching, or technique. Participants simply sit while the body and mind settle naturally. As internal noise quiets, tension and effort begin to release on their own. People often experience greater clarity, emotional ease, and a renewed sense of steadiness. Some notice shifts during the session, others afterwards. Nothing is required. The session offers a direct experience of stillness and natural coherence.
